Delivery and Returns

We deliver quickly to any part of the country and targeted locations abroad. Ordered items are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation of payment, Mondays to Fridays. Actual receipt by the consignee will depend on the distance, but in most cases, this will be within 72 hours to major urban centers within Nigeria.

We presently offer two main delivery channels which our customers may choose from:

• ABC Cargo service (of Associated Bus Company Plc) will deliver to locations where they have terminals. Those locations currently are Aba, Abuja, Awka, Benin, Enugu, Ibadan, Jos, Lokoja, Okene, Onitsha, Owerri, Port Harcourt and Umuahia. ABC is continually expanding its network and more locations will be added.
  
  We include ABC as a delivery option because we have tested them and found their performance satisfactory. In addition, it is a relatively cheaper option for delivery, saving customers a lot of money. However, customers who opt for this carrier will have to pick up their package from the ABC terminal at their location, as the company does not undertake door-to-door delivery. Locations not covered presently by ABC cannot use this option.


• Trans-Nationwide Express Plc (Tranex), a reputable courier company, is our second channel of delivery. Tranex has coverage to most parts of the country and important locations abroad. They are also fairly well-priced, helping save cost for our customers. Above all, Tranex has shown the capacity to perform creditably. Tranex is also handling our local deliveries to Lagos-based customers.

We do not impose any of these options and a customer at a location that has the two options is free to choose one and pay accordingly. A customer may also opt for any other readily available courier service (example: UPS, DHL, etc) and once they pay for delivery by that agent, we will ship through it. A customer will be expected in that case to request information on the delivery charge of that specific agent, which will be ascertained and communicated to him.

CHARGES
The discounted charges secured for our customers from our delivery partners have been inputted into our shipping module. That means that when you pick an item or more into your shopping cart, their delivery cost will compute based on weight and the location in your sign-up profile. You can easily check shipping charges using the estimator that shows up in your shopping cart. When shipment is intended for a location other than what you stated at sign-up, you only need to change the delivery address at checkout for the correct delivery charge to be applied. Note: for the correct shipping cost, ensure you pick the right city from the drop-down list of cities, during sign-up or if changing delivery location.

RETURNS

We take time to ensure that items are delivered in good condition. In the unlikely event that there is any defect not traceable to mishandling by the buyer, we will provide a replacement, provided we are notified immediately, and, in any case, not later than 48 hours after receipt. The product must also be returned within one week of notification and without defacement. Delivery cost for such replacement will be at our expense.

In a situation where a return is accepted and a replacement is not feasible or appropriate, a refund will be made within one week.
